Cream

Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Itraconazole + Clobetasol Propionate Cream is a topical dermatological preparation indicated for the management of mixed microbial skin infections associated with inflammation, redness, itching, and irritation. The formulation combines antibacterial, antiprotozoal, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties to help manage infected inflammatory dermatoses. Mechanism

Ofloxacin
Inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, thereby preventing bacterial DNA replication and bacterial growth.
Ornidazole
Interferes with microbial DNA synthesis, resulting in inhibition of susceptible anaerobic microorganisms and protozoa.
Itraconazole
Inhibits ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes, leading to disruption of fungal cell membrane integrity and fungal cell death.
Clobetasol Propionate
Acts as a super potent corticosteroid that suppresses inflammatory mediators and reduces redness, swelling, itching, and irritation.

Contraindication

Viral skin infections such as herpes simplex or chickenpox

Known hypersensitivity to fluoroquinolones or azole antifungal agents
Untreated skin infections sensitive to corticosteroids
